We are Rakindo Developers Pvt Ltd and we operate across the NCR. That means we are in New Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. It is a big area to cover, but we spend our time moving between these three spots. New Delhi is always fast and crowded. Gurgaon has all those tall buildings and Noida has its own feel too. We don't have just one single tiny office we stay in all day; we are out and about in the National Capital Region. It can be a lot of driving. The traffic in Gurgaon is something else, especially during the rains. Noida has some wider roads but it still takes time to get around. We are just a group of people working on development projects in this part of the country. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy presentations. We just look at the sites and handle the paperwork. Sometimes we are in a temporary office in Gurgaon, other times we are meeting someone in Delhi. It keeps us busy. The NCR is always changing, with new roads and buildings popping up every month. We are just a small part of that whole scene. We’ve been doing this for a while now. We know the shortcuts and the best times to avoid the main highways. It’s a practical life, mostly spent on the phone or in a car. That’s how we do things.
