We are Rakindo Developers Pvt Ltd. Our company is actually a joint venture that brings together Rakeen from the UAE and Trimax here in India. You can find us working all over the National Capital Region, or the NCR as most people call it. We cover quite a bit of territory, including New Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida. It’s a lot of ground to manage, but that is where our focus is. We have our offices and project sites spread out across these three main cities. Sometimes it feels like we spend half of our working day just trying to get through the traffic between Noida and Gurgaon, but that’s just part of the deal when you work in the NCR. We are not some massive corporate entity with a huge PR team. We are just a group of people trying to get things built and developed. Our work takes us to different corners of the capital region every day. Having the UAE connection gives us some good backing, but on the daily side of things, it’s just the local team doing the heavy lifting. We don’t have any big talk about what we do. We just show up on the sites and handle the tasks that are on the schedule for that day. Most of our time is spent out in the heat dealing with whatever comes up. It’s busy and often dusty work, but we’ve been at it for a while and we know the area well.
