Rakesh Kumar Welding Works

Our welding shop is located at Shop No 4799 on the Main Road in Pahari Dhiraj, which is right in the heart of Sadar Bazar. If you know this area, you know it is one of the busiest places you can find, with people, carts, and vehicles everywhere. We have been doing welding work here for a long time, and the shop has seen a lot of history. It is a small, cramped space filled with metal scraps, heavy machinery, and the smell of ozone from the welding arcs. We do not have any air conditioning, so it gets incredibly hot during the summer, but we just keep working through it. Most of our day is spent fixing iron grills, welding broken parts for local traders, or helping someone with a custom metal piece. It is loud and messy work, and by the time we close up, everything is covered in a layer of fine grey dust. We do not have a fancy front office or a receptionist; you just walk up to the counter and tell us what you need. The Main Road is always full of noise, but we have learned to work right in the middle of it all. We are just local workers who know how to handle a torch and some steel. It is a tough way to make a living, but it is honest work and we have many regulars who trust us.
