Our office is at 584 Rajiv Nagar in Sector 12A. It’s a bit of a residential area mixed with some small businesses. Janta Solar is basically a place where we keep our tools and the panels before they go out to a job site. The front room has a couple of desks and some samples of the glass and frames we use. It’s usually a bit messy with cables and brackets lying around the floor. We spend a lot of time out on people’s roofs, so the office is often empty during the day except for one person answering the phone. When we are here, we’re usually planning the next installation or fixing a piece of equipment that broke. The sun gets really hot in the afternoon, which I guess is good for the business we are in. We have a small backyard where we store the aluminum racking. Sometimes the neighbors complain if we make too much noise moving the heavy metal around. It’s a small operation. We don't have a big marketing team; we just talk to people in the neighborhood who are tired of high electric bills. My shoes are always a bit dusty from being on construction sites all day. We drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we can. Sector 12A is a decent place to work. We’ve been here for a few years and most people around here know us by now. We just do the work and go home.
