Our office is at House No. 6/4, near the Sector 9A area in Ambedkar Nagar, Gurgaon. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood setup for Raheja Developers Pvt. Ltd. We are located in a part of Haryana that sees a lot of activity every day. Our building is easy enough to spot once you get close to Sector 9A. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we are always busy with something. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to folks about construction schedules. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in expensive suits. We’re more likely to be in dusty boots because we’ve just come back from a site visit. The office has everything we need to keep things running, from a decent printer to a fridge stocked with cold water for those hot Gurgaon afternoons. We handle the development side of things, which means a lot of phone calls and even more signatures on various forms. Sometimes the traffic in Ambedkar Nagar makes us late for meetings, but that’s just part of living and working in this city. We don't try to overcomplicate things. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done for our projects, and go home. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, and it works for the small team we have here.
