Our team works out of House No. 640 on the second floor in Sector-31 of Gurgaon. If you’ve been to Gurgaon lately, you know how much it has changed, and Sector-31 is right in the middle of it all. Raheja Developers Ltd operates from this floor, and it’s a busy place most days. We don't have a giant shiny tower; we just have a solid office in a residential-commercial sector. The second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of cars and people. We spend our time managing the various development tasks that come our way. There’s a lot of back-and-forth between our office and the actual sites where the work happens. We try to keep things organized, but when you’re dealing with construction and development, there’s always something unexpected that pops up. We just handle it as it comes. The staff here is a mix of people who have been in the industry for years and some newer faces. We usually eat lunch together at our desks while discussing the latest project hurdles. It’s a plain, working office where the focus is on getting the job done rather than looking fancy. Parking around Sector-31 can be a bit of a challenge, but we’ve learned the best spots over time. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here in Gurgaon.
