RAAS Architects

We are located at 39 F on Akashneem Marg in DLF-II. It’s a nice enough street, usually lined with cars and people heading to their own jobs. RAAS Architects is based right here, and we’ve made this space our own over the years. It’s not a fancy showroom with expensive furniture. Mostly, it’s just a place where we sit and work through design problems. The desks are usually covered in scales, pens, and half-empty cups. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy brochures about us. We just talk to people who need things built or fixed. Sometimes the discussions get a bit heated when we’re trying to figure out a difficult layout, but that’s just part of the process. Being in DLF-II gives us a good central spot to get around from. We spend plenty of time out on the road visiting different sites, so the office can be a bit empty during the middle of the day. When we are here, we’re usually deep in the technical bits of a project. It’s a lot of checking regulations and making sure the math adds up. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We draw buildings and help get them made. It’s simple enough when you strip away all the extra stuff. We’ve been at it for a while and we plan to stay right here on Akashneem Marg for the foreseeable future.
