We are based out of Chakkarpur, right at Home No 152. It’s a bit of a village feel even though it’s in the middle of Gurgaon. We’ve lived here a long time, so we know every corner of the neighborhood. Propertyonlease.com is basically just us helping people find rentals or get their places leased out. It’s not a big corporate operation with hundreds of employees. Usually, it’s just a couple of us handling the keys and showing people around. We started this because we saw how hard it was for people to find decent places without getting confused by all the jargon. Our office is just a part of the house, really. It’s comfortable and we always have time for a chat. We deal with all sorts of properties, from small rooms to bigger houses. The paperwork can be a headache, so we take care of that part so the owners and tenants don't have to worry too much. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the village and the newer parts of town. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics or pushy talk. We just show the place, tell you the rent, and see if it works for you. That’s the way we’ve always done it. It keeps life simple for everyone involved and we get to stay in the community we like. We’ve seen many families move in and grow over the years, which is the best part of the job for us. It keeps us going.
