Project Executive

We are located in the Chanderlok Society, specifically at 3346B in DLF Phase 4, Gurgaon. I work as a project executive from this office. Gurgaon is always moving fast, and being in DLF Phase 4 means we are right in the thick of it. My job is mostly about the day-to-day management of our current projects. I spend a lot of time on my laptop or answering emails. It’s a lot of keeping track of people and making sure things are staying on schedule. The office is part of a residential society, so it feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. It’s a bit more relaxed that way. We don’t have a big staff here, just a few of us making sure everything runs like it should. Sometimes the traffic in Gurgaon makes it hard for visitors to get here, but once you find Chanderlok Society, it’s easy to spot our unit. I’ve been doing this for a while and I’ve learned that the most important thing is just staying on top of the details. There’s always something that needs attention, whether it’s a delay with a supplier or a question from a client. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a practical way to work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just focus on the projects and making sure they get finished. It is busy but we manage to stay on top of things.
