Progressive Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.

It's just a bunch of us here at Progressive Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. working out of Gurgaon. We started this place because there was work to be done and we had the space for it in Haryana. It’s not a fancy office or anything, just a regular spot where people come in, sit at their desks, and get through the daily tasks. Most of the team lives nearby, so we see each other at the local tea stalls sometimes. The weather in Gurgaon can be pretty rough during the summer months, but we keep the fans going and stay busy. We handle various tasks that other companies send over to us. It’s mostly computer work and some paperwork here and there. Sometimes the internet acts up, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We don't really do big meetings or have those wall posters with motivational quotes on them. We just focus on the lists we have for the day. If you ever find yourself walking around this part of Haryana, you might pass our building. It looks like most of the others on the street. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the routine stays pretty much the same. People come in, do their shift, and head home to their families. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We try to keep things quiet and organized so everyone can finish their work without too much stress. That's pretty much who we are.
