Our business is located on Silver Oak Road in the Ghitorni area. It is a spot that is easy enough to find if you are familiar with this part of the neighborhood. We deal in various types of medical supplies, so our shelves are almost always packed with boxes of different shapes and sizes. It is a relatively quiet street compared to the main roads, though it does get busier during the middle of the day. We do not have a large corporate team; it is just a handful of us who know every item we have in stock. The workspace can feel a little bit cramped sometimes because we try to keep a lot of inventory on hand just in case. We spend a good part of every day just counting the items and making sure all the records are up to date. It is a lot of repetitive work, but it is important to get it right. We have regular customers who have been coming to see us for years, and we have gotten to know many of them quite well. We do not really do any marketing or fancy sales pitches. People come to us because they know we usually have what they are looking for tucked away in the back. The lighting inside the shop is not the brightest, and the main desk is often covered in old invoices, but it is a comfortable place for us to work.
