Prem Power Construction Pvt. Ltd.

Our place is at House No. 91 in Noida. It’s a residential building that we use for Prem Power Construction Pvt. Ltd. Working out of a house gives the whole business a different feel than being in a big commercial complex. We have the different rooms used for different departments, though mostly we all just end up shouting to each other across the hallway. The front yard is where we park a few bikes and the occasional car if there's room. It’s a bit of a tight fit. Inside, the floors are marble like most houses here, and we’ve tried to fit as many filing cabinets as possible against the walls. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the gate so people don't miss us. It’s mostly quiet in this part of Noida, which is a nice change from the construction sites we visit. We spend our days here doing the boring but necessary stuff like payroll and permits. The kitchen is always busy with someone making tea or heating up lunch. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, but it’s functional and it works for us. We aren't interested in looking polished; we just want to make sure the work gets handled properly every day. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it's just a neighbor, but we don't mind the interruptions.
