We are over in Patel Nagar, Gurgaon, operating as Prem Power Construction Pvt. Ltd. This part of Gurgaon isn't the one with the tall glass towers; it’s the older side where things feel a bit more real. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage our construction projects. It’s nothing special to look at, just a few rooms filled with desks, computers, and a whole lot of files. The walls have some old calendars and maybe a map of the local area pinned up. We spend a lot of time on the phone, coordinating with workers and suppliers. It’s the kind of place where the door is usually open, and someone is always coming or going. The furniture is mismatched because we bought it as we needed it over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We care more about getting the job done right. Sometimes the traffic in Patel Nagar makes it hard for visitors to park, so we usually tell people to come early or late. It’s a busy atmosphere, but we keep things simple. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, and that’s about it for luxuries. It’s a solid, no-nonsense place to work, and that’s exactly how we like it to be. The neighbors are nice enough, and we get along fine.
