Our office reflects the construction business—it’s practical and a bit rugged. We don't have plush carpets or expensive art. Instead, we have site maps, hard hats sitting on the shelves, and a lot of dust that seems to find its way in no matter how much we clean. The noise from the main road is constant, but we just talk louder. Most of the time, half our people are out at different sites, so the office can feel a bit empty during the day. Then everyone comes back in the evening, and it gets loud and busy again with talk about materials and timelines. We drink a lot of tea here. There is an old wooden table where we look at blueprints and try to figure out the logistics for the next day. It’s a working office in every sense of the word. We don't bother with marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. People in the construction trade know us, and they know where to find us in Mahipalpur. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have meetings, but we make do with what we’ve got. It is just a normal place for work.
