Prakash Carton Industries

Prakash Carton Industries is based at Plot No. 68 in H.S.I.D.C., Sector-37. We are in Udyog Vihar, Phase-VI, which is a major hub for businesses in the area. Our place is basically a large shed where we keep the machinery for making cartons. It’s a very noisy environment when everything is running at once. You can hear the thumping of the presses from out on the street. We have stacks of raw paper and finished boxes piled high in every available corner. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. The staff here are mostly guys from the local villages who have learned the trade over the years. We don’t have any fancy corporate titles or a big HR department. It’s just us and the machines. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the cuts are right. If something goes wrong with a machine, we usually try to fix it ourselves first. The office is just a small room at the front with a couple of chairs and a desk covered in samples. It’s a practical way to work. Udyog Vihar is always growing, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. But our daily routine stays pretty much the same. We show up, run the machines, and make sure the cartons are ready for pickup. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy. We like the routine of it all.
