We’ve been here in Mangali for a while now, right in the Hissar district. It’s a busy spot near Dhani Jattan. People around here know us for the steel work. We don't really do the fancy office thing. It’s mostly about getting the inventory sorted and making sure the lorries get in and out on time. The weather gets really hot in Haryana during the summers, so we start early. Most of the guys working here are from the nearby villages. We just handle the day-to-day operations for Posco India from this site. It’s a practical setup. Nothing too shiny. The yard gets dusty, but that’s just how it is with industrial work. We keep the registers updated and talk to the drivers. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or use the backup. It's a lot of physical labor and checking lists. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us doing the job we were hired to do. We make sure the steel sheets are stacked right so they don't rust or get damaged before they need to go out. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us sitting outside near the gate during lunch. It's simple work but it keeps us busy. We don't really have a lot to say about ourselves, we just show up and do the hours.
