Plastech Polymers

Our workshop is at Sector 7, specifically 117 on the Gurgaon Palampur Road. Plastech Polymers is basically just a big room with machines and bags of raw material. It gets pretty warm in here when the equipment is running. We handle a lot of plastic pellets and molds. There’s always a faint smell of heated plastic in the air. The road outside is busy with trucks going toward Palampur. We spend our hours checking the output and making sure the settings are right. It’s repetitive work but someone has to do it. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. Just a small board by the gate. The windows stay open to let some air in. Most of the crew lives nearby, so we all walk or bike to work. It’s a practical setup. We have a small corner for taking breaks where we keep a water cooler. There are stacks of finished parts waiting to be loaded up. We aren't trying to be anything fancy. We just focus on getting the orders finished. The floor is concrete and we’ve got a few old chairs for when things quiet down. It’s just a standard day in a small manufacturing unit in the sector. We don't talk much while the machines are loud, but we know what needs to be done. It is just our corner of the road where things get made day after day.
