Placewell Consultant

Being in Gurgaon means things are always moving fast. Placewell Consultant is just a small group of us sitting in an office trying to help people out with their career questions or whatever consulting they need. We don't have a big glass building or anything like that. It is just a regular place where we answer phones and look at resumes all day. Gurgaon has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen the buildings go up around us. It is a loud city sometimes, but inside the office, it is mostly just the sound of typing and people talking. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate mission thing. We just come in, sit down, and try to match people with the right spots. Some days the internet is slow or the coffee runs out, but we just keep going. People find us because they need someone to talk to about their work plans. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in India. We just want to do the work right from our spot here in Gurgaon. It gets hot in the summer, so the AC is usually running pretty hard. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders. That is pretty much all there is to it. No big secrets or polished speeches, just us working in the city like everyone else. I think we are doing okay with it.
