Working on the 9th floor of the DLF 9-B building in Cyber City is a different experience compared to a small street office. It is a massive complex, and sometimes it feels like a bit of a maze getting through the elevators and the security gates. But once you are inside our section, things feel more normal. We deal with various electronics tasks here. Even though the name on the door is Philips, the day-to-day for us is just regular office life. We have our desks, our usual meetings, and a steady stream of emails to handle. The view from the 9th floor is actually quite nice; you can see a lot of Gurgaon from up here, which helps when you need a break from looking at a screen. Cyber City is always moving, and lunchtimes are a bit of a rush at the local food courts. We try to keep our workspace somewhat tidy, but there is always something going on that creates a bit of a mess. It is a busy environment, and sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks just in case. We do not get many walk-in visitors because of the security downstairs, so it is mostly just the staff and the occasional scheduled guest. It is a solid place to be, and the commute is not too bad if you time it right to avoid the worst traffic. We just keep working on whatever technical tasks are on the schedule for the day.
