Graf Impex

Graf Impex is tucked away in No. 201 of the South City Arcade, over in Phase 5. It’s a decent-sized spot for what we do. The arcade has all sorts of different shops and offices, so there is always someone walking by. We spend most of our time at our desks or checking on the stock in the back. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of chrome and glass, just a standard office where we keep our files and samples. We deal with imports and exports, so there’s a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers involved. Sometimes it gets a bit tedious, but it’s the core of the business. We don't try to sound like we’re some huge international firm. We’re just a small group of people making sure things get from one place to another like they’re supposed to. When things get busy, the office feels a bit small, but we make it work. We usually grab lunch from one of the nearby stalls in Phase 5 and talk about anything other than work for a half-hour. It’s a regular life. We don’t have any grand slogans or anything. We just hope the shipping lines stay on schedule and the customs forms don't have any errors. That’s enough to keep us busy every day of the week. Being in South City Arcade is convenient for us and our clients.
