Ran Surgicals

We are located at X-100 in DLF Phase 2. This part of the city is always changing, but we’ve stayed put in our spot for some time now. Our work involves surgical equipment, so we have to be quite careful with how we handle the stock. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have rows of shelving and a couple of desks where we handle the paperwork and phone calls. DLF Phase 2 can be a bit busy, but our street is usually okay for parking. We see a lot of couriers coming in and out during the day to pick up packages. The staff here is pretty laid back, though we get busy when a large order comes in. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our image. We just answer the phone, fill the orders, and make sure the items are packed securely. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait a bit to process the bills, which can be annoying. We usually have lunch together in the small back room. It’s a honest day’s work without any fluff. People come to us because they know we have what they need in stock. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without making a big deal out of it. It is a simple operation and we like it that way because it keeps things clear and easy to manage.
