Our office for Personnel Access India Pvt. Ltd is tucked away in Sector 31 over in Gurgaon. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s a mix of different things, from old markets to newer offices popping up in between the houses. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit, and it’s become our second home in many ways. The area can get pretty busy during the middle of the day, especially when everyone is out looking for food or running errands. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything like that, just a regular space where we get our work done. The heat in Gurgaon during the summer months is something we all just deal with, making sure the air conditioning is humming along so we can stay productive. Sometimes we step out to grab a quick tea from a stall nearby just to stretch our legs and get a bit of fresh air, even if the air isn't always that fresh. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about office decor or fancy lobbies; we just focus on the folders and the computer screens in front of us. Sector 31 is a convenient enough location for the staff to commute to, and we’ve figured out the best times to leave to miss the heaviest jams on the highway. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs day in and day out.
