Perfection Associates

We are located in the New Plaza Market in Sector 14, specifically at units 15-16. Perfection Associates is the name on the door, but we’re just a regular group of people working in the local real estate and paperwork side of things. The market is always crowded, which we actually like. It keeps things interesting. Our office is basically two rooms filled with filing cabinets and a few desks that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are trying to figure out property stuff or need help with their documentation. It’s a lot of back and forth with the local offices, and it can be frustrating, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. We don't have a website that looks like a movie trailer. We just have our doors open for anyone who needs to sit down and talk through a problem. Sometimes people just stop by to ask for directions or to see what the market prices are doing this week. We try to keep things straightforward. No one here is trying to be a high-flying executive. We just want to finish our work, help the folks who come in, and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a decent living and we like the people in Sector 14. We just keep our heads down and do the paperwork correctly.
