People Rack-Hr Solution, Gurgaon

People Rack-Hr Solution is based right here in Gurgaon at H. No. C-69 in the Sanjay Gram Ext area. It is a bit of a trek to get here sometimes because the roads in this part of Haryana get quite busy during the rush hours, but we managed to settle in okay. We handle a lot of HR stuff from this office. It’s basically just a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace. You can find us easily if you know where Sanjay Gram is. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays pretty quiet during the day which is good for focusing on paperwork. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just us working at our desks, answering calls, and trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just how it is in this neighborhood, so we just wait for the backup to kick in and keep going. We've been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the local tea stalls nearby. It's a practical spot for us. We handle recruitment and other staff matters without making a big fuss about it. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just do the work that needs doing from our little spot in Gurgaon. If you walk past C-69, you’ll probably see us through the window or hear the printers running. It's just a normal day-to-day operation here.
