Next Gen Industries Private Limited

You can find us over at Plot No. 14, right on Lane No. 1, Street No. 8 in the Kadipur Industrial Area. Despite the name Next Gen Industries Private Limited, we are a pretty grounded bunch of people. Our building isn't new, and the stairs creak a bit when you walk up to the small office space we have. Most of the real work happens on the ground floor where the floors are concrete and the ceiling is high. It gets a bit drafty in the winter and quite stuffy in the summer months, but we have enough fans to keep things moving. We usually have a radio playing somewhere in the background, though half the time it’s just static because of the interference from the machinery. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with ties and polished shoes. Most of us are in boots and work shirts that have seen better days. There’s a tea stall just down the street where we all go around eleven to get away from the noise for a bit. It’s a tough area to work in sometimes because the roads aren't great, but we like being here. We have a routine that hasn't changed much in years. We show up, see what needs to be done, and we do it until it’s time to head home. It’s practical work for practical people who don't need much.
