Passionate Zone Business Solutions is located right in the middle of the Janakpuri District Centre, up in room 203. Being in such a busy hub means there is never a quiet moment. You can hear the sounds of the city through the glass all day long. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workspace with a few computers and some desks that have been moved around a lot. We handle different kinds of business support tasks, which mostly involves a lot of typing and looking at spreadsheets. It isn't the kind of place where you’ll find people wearing suits and ties. We’re usually just in casual clothes, focused on whatever project is currently on the screen. The walk from the metro station is a bit of a trek, but it’s a good way to wake up in the morning. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s a good workout, even if we complain about it at the time. We don't have a dedicated person to answer the phones, so whoever is closest usually just picks up. There’s no big corporate strategy here. We just come in, see what needs to be done for our clients, and get to it. The coffee in the breakroom is usually too strong, but it keeps us going during the afternoon. It’s an honest, simple way to run a business without any extra fluff or unnecessary drama.
