Pantheon Advisory. Our office is situated at 1021, Plot No.4 in the Ifci Apartments, Sector-23, Dwarka, New Delhi-45. It’s an interesting place for an advisory business because we are located right inside an apartment complex. This gives the office a much more lived-in and quiet feel compared to a commercial office park. Dwarka is a huge residential area, and Sector-23 is one of the more settled parts of it. Being in Ifci Apartments means we have a lot of neighbors, and the atmosphere is generally peaceful. We have a few rooms set up for our advisory work. It’s mostly just us, some computers, and a lot of documents. We don't have a big reception desk or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’re basically walking into a professional but very home-like environment. We like it because it’s not intimidating for people who want to talk about their plans or get some advice. Finding Plot No.4 is usually easy for delivery people and visitors since the complex is well-known in Dwarka. We don't do much in the way of big advertising. Most people find out about us because they live nearby or someone they know told them we were here. It’s a very low-key way to run an advisory service, and it allows us to focus on the work without too many distractions from the busy Delhi streets outside. It is a good spot for us.
