We are over in Saraswati Vihar, which is part of the Housing Board Colony area in DLF City. It’s a solid location in Gurgaon. We go by Pan India Tools Pvt Ltd, though most of the locals just see us as the folks in building 391. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our workspace set up here. It’s not a factory or a giant warehouse, just a place where we manage the tool side of things. The streets around here can get pretty cramped with cars parked everywhere, but we like it. It feels more like a community than a sterile business park. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a few desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking inventory lists. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact house number, so one of us usually has to go out to the corner to wave them down. It’s a bit of a routine now. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys at the local shops. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. We’re just a small group of people working with tools and equipment. It gets dusty, and we don't always have everything perfectly in its place, but the work gets finished. It’s just a normal job for us, really. Nothing flashy to see. We just keep things moving along every day from our office here.
