Jainco Rubber Industries Limited

Jainco Rubber Industries Limited is out in Sector-37. We are at Plot No. 520 in Pace City- 2. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and the smell of manufacturing in the air. We work with rubber, making various bits and pieces that other companies need. The factory floor is where most of the action happens. It’s loud and usually pretty warm in there. We’ve been operating from this plot for quite some time now. Our office is just a small part of the building, mostly for keeping the records straight. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room with magazines. It’s a working plant. People here wear boots and get their hands dirty. That is just the nature of rubber work. We focus on getting the production runs done on time. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the day fixing them. It’s just part of the routine. Pace City- 2 is a busy place to be. We fits right in with the other industrial shops around here. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just make rubber products and try to do a decent job of it. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We just come in, do our shift, and head home like everyone else. Our gate is usually open early in the morning and stays busy until late.
