Ozone Fitness And Spa

We are up on the third floor of Ava Court on Sohna Road. It is right near Park Hospital and South City 2. Gurgaon is always under construction, it seems, so there is usually some dust on the windows we have to wipe off every couple of days. Being on the third floor is okay, but when the elevator is acting up, people complain about the climb. Inside Ozone Fitness and Spa, we have a mix of things going on. There are the weights and the cardio area, and then the spa section. I mainly stay near the front desk or help out with the equipment. The floor is that heavy rubber matting that smells a bit like tires when it is brand new, but that smell has mostly gone away now. It gets really busy around 7 PM when the office crowds from Sohna Road finish their day. You can see the traffic backed up from our windows sometimes. It makes me glad I am already inside. We have some showers and lockers, nothing too fancy, just the basics so people can head to work or home. I try to keep the water cooler filled because people go through it fast in the heat. The AC works pretty well, which is a relief in the summer months. It is a big enough space that you are not bumping into people constantly. We just go about our business and keep the place running as best as we can.
