Otis Elevator Company (India) Ltd.

Our office is located at House No. 7525 Phase-Iv in DLF City, Gurgaon. It’s a busy area where a lot of buildings are going up all the time. Being part of Otis Elevator Company (India) Ltd. means we spend our days thinking about how to get people from the ground floor to the top floor. Gurgaon is full of high-rises now, so elevators are pretty much essential for everyone living or working here. We don’t really go in for the big fancy talk you see in brochures. We’re just a bunch of folks working out of this house in Phase-IV, trying to keep up with the demand. The work is mostly about maintenance, fixing things that break, and making sure new installations go okay. It can get stressful when a lift goes down in a big building, but we just take it one job at a time. The local traffic can be a real headache when we're trying to reach a client, but we manage. We’ve been at this 122002 location for a bit, and the neighbors know us. There is always someone coming in or out with parts or manuals. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get the real work done. We focus on the nuts and bolts of the business because that is what actually keeps the elevators moving safely.
