Orchid Infrastructure(P) Ltd.

Our place is out in Mohd.Pur Ahir, right near the post office in Tauru. It is a bit far from the main city of Gurgaon but that suits us just fine. We have been here for a while and the locals know us pretty well. Our work involves infrastructure, which means we spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to contractors. It is not always exciting stuff. There is a lot of waiting for permits and making sure the supplies show up on the right day. Sometimes they do not show up and then we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone. The office is just a simple building where we keep our files and meet up in the morning before heading out to the sites. We have a few desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. We do not really care about having a polished look. We just want to get the work done right. The weather out here can be tough, especially when it is really hot or during the heavy rains, but we just work around it. We do not have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to be honest with the people we work with. It is a quiet life but it keeps us busy.
