We have been operating out of C-Block in Gurgaon for a good amount of time now. Most people know our office at 2301 because it is right in the middle of everything. It is a busy spot and we are always seeing people coming and going. We deal with construction and infrastructure projects, which sounds a bit more complicated than it actually is day-to-day. Most of the time it is just us sitting at our desks and trying to make sense of the latest blueprints or city regulations. We have a small group here and we all know each other well. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with papers everywhere but we usually find what we are looking for. It is not a corporate setup with glass walls and fancy suits. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work. The area has changed so much since we first arrived in Haryana. There are new buildings popping up every month. We just try to keep up with the pace and do our part in the development. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud and it gets a bit distracting, but that is just part of living in a growing city. We do not have any big speeches to give about our work. We just show up every morning and try to get the jobs finished on time. It is practical and simple.
