Onassis Auto Products (P) Ltd.

We spend most of our days at Plot No. 35 in Sector-34. It’s an industrial spot in the E.H.T.P. area, so there’s always trucks moving around and people hurrying to their shifts. We’ve been here for quite some time now, focusing on making various auto parts that end up in cars people drive every day. The workshop gets pretty loud once the machines start up in the morning, but we’re used to it. It’s mostly metal work and assembly. Some of the guys have been with us since the beginning, and they know where every single tool is kept. We don’t have fancy offices or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where things get done. The traffic around the sector can be a bit of a headache during the rainy season, but we manage to get the doors open on time regardless. Most of our work involves looking at technical drawings and making sure the dimensions are right before anything goes out the gate. It’s straightforward work. We take lunch breaks together near the back gate where it’s a bit quieter. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or fix whatever needs fixing. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid. We try to keep the place organized, though things tend to get messy by Friday afternoon when everyone is trying to finish their quotas for the week.
