Nirmal Sharma, who is the son of Sh. Dalip Sharma, is the one you’ll find here at Om Logistics Ltd. We are based in the village of Bassai in the Mahender Garh district of Haryana. It’s a more rural setting than some of those big city offices, but it works just fine for us. We handle a lot of the logistical needs for this part of the state. Being in a V.P.O (Village and Post Office) means we know almost everyone around the area. It’s a very different vibe than a big corporate office in Delhi. We have our small office where we keep the registers and the computer. It’s a lot of manual tracking and knowing the local roads like the back of our hand. The pace of life is a bit different here, but the work is still demanding and keeps us on our toes. We have to deal with the weather and the local conditions, which can sometimes slow things down on the route. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or marketing; we just want to get the goods where they need to go. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we are part of a larger company. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning till night. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
