Om Hr Solutions is located in Ramnagar, which is a fairly busy part of Gurgaon. Our address is 393/4, and if you’ve ever been around this neighborhood, you know it can be a bit crowded during the day. We deal with people mostly. Finding the right person for a job takes up most of our hours. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking at papers. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now and it feels like a solid place to be. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a screen. Gurgaon is a fast place, but we try to keep things grounded here in Ramnagar. The office is practical. We have enough chairs for people coming in for chats and enough desk space for our files. Sometimes the internet acts up, like it does everywhere, but we get by. We don't make big promises or use loud words. We just look at the resumes and try to help out where we can. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. Living and working in Haryana has its own rhythm. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of the street outside. It’s just us doing our bit. We don't need a lot of extra fuss to get the job done.
