OFCA POWER TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD.

Our place is located over in Sector 4 of IMT, Gurugram. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but this is where all the industrial activity happens. We’ve set up shop at 124, and it’s a functional space for what we do with power technology. The area is usually dusty with all the construction and lorries going back and forth. Inside, we have our workstations and a small area for tea breaks. We aren't a huge corporation with glass walls and fancy carpets. It’s mostly concrete and metal around here. The team comes in from different parts of the city, some taking the long commute every day. We handle a lot of technical stuff, mostly focused on power systems. It gets quite hot in the summers, so we try to get the heavy work done early. You’ll often find us sitting around a table trying to figure out a technical glitch or sorting through components. There's a lot of noise from the neighboring units sometimes, but you get used to it. We keep things pretty simple. No one wears a suit here. We just wear what's comfortable for working on machines. It's a busy life in Gurugram, and we are just one of many small companies trying to stay on top of things. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and while it isn't perfect, it works for us and helps us keep the focus where it belongs.
