O Two Gym N Spa

We opened O Two Gym N Spa a while back in the Shri Ram Complex. It is located at C Block in Maple Heights, which is part of Sushant Lok Phase 1 in Gurgaon. It is not some fancy corporate place with a million rules. We just have a gym and a spa for people who live around here and want to stay active. The building is easy to find once you are in the area. We have got the usual weights and machines and then the spa part for afterwards. It is a bit basic but it does the job for most folks. Sometimes the place gets a bit crowded in the mornings before everyone goes to their offices, but that is just how it is with local gyms. We try to keep everything clean and the machines working right. Most of the staff live nearby so we know the neighborhood well. It is nice to see the same people coming in every day. We do not do big advertising or anything. We just keep the doors open and let people do their workouts. There is enough space to move around and we have tried to make it comfortable enough. If you are looking for a place to sweat and then maybe relax for a bit, we are right here in the complex. It is just a regular spot run by regular people.
