We are located out in Greater Noida, specifically in Pocket P3, at C-191. Being in Gautambudh Nagar means we have a bit more space than the offices in the middle of Delhi, but it’s still a busy place. Our focus is auto logistics, so we spend a lot of time thinking about cars and parts. It is a specialized field, but the day-to-day is much like any other office. We have our computers, our ledgers, and a lot of tea. The P3 area is relatively organized, but the commute can be long for some of the staff who live further out. We coordinate the movement of vehicles and components for the big manufacturers. It involves a lot of timing and making sure the trailers are ready when the factory is. If there is a delay at the port or on the highway, our phones don't stop ringing. We aren't doing anything fancy here. We just make sure the wheels keep turning, literally. The office vibe is pretty relaxed but we get the work done. We don't have a corporate handbook for how to talk to people; we just speak like normal humans. It’s a lot of logistics planning and dealing with the reality of Indian roads. We’ve been at this spot for some time and it suits the kind of work we do. It’s not always easy, but we manage to keep things moving along without much trouble.
