If you are driving along the Bilaspur-Pataudi Road, you will likely pass right by us. Nunhems India Pvt. Ltd. has been located on this stretch for quite some time now. It is a busy road with a lot of transit traffic moving between the towns, which keeps things interesting. We mostly stay focused on what is happening inside our gates though. It is a lot of work involving plants and seeds, and there is a lot of routine to it that people on the outside might find a bit dull. We have people coming in from the nearby villages to work the different shifts, and we have all become quite a close-knit group over time. The building itself is pretty plain and functional, designed more for the work we do than for looking good. We spend a lot of time in the labs or out in the back areas where the actual handling happens. It is not really a desk job for most of the people here. You will see us in our work gear, moving supplies or checking on the batches. We don't do much in the way of advertising because the people who need our products usually know exactly where to find us. It is a steady kind of life with its own set of rules and daily checks. We just keep our heads down and get through the workload. The local shops nearby get a lot of our business during the lunch hour. It is just a regular workplace for us.
