Our operation, N.S.Conceret Pvt.Ltd., is located out in Maruti Kunj, near the Bhondsi area on Sohna Road in Gurgaon. The exact plot is B-1339. It’s a bit further out from the main hub of Gurgaon, but that suits our line of work just fine. We deal with concrete, so we need the space and the access to the main roads. The office is a basic, functional building. We don’t have any fancy decorations or art on the walls. It’s all about business here. We have a lot of charts and schedules pinned up to keep track of various construction sites. Sohna Road has changed a lot since we first started out. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s always busy with trucks and cars. Our workday usually starts before the sun comes up because we have to coordinate with crews out in the field. It’s a lot of early mornings and late evenings. We have a small, dedicated team and most of us have been working together for years. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. If something needs to be done, whoever is available just does it. It’s a practical and straightforward way of working. We aren't trying to be the biggest concrete firm in the state. We just want to be the one people can rely on to show up and do the job right.
