Our spot is in Tower A of the Emaar Digital Green building. It is over in Sector 61, right on the Golf Course Extension Road. If you have been around this part of Gurgaon lately, you know how much construction is going on. It’s all glass buildings and wide roads now. We spend most of our time inside the office at 314, working on different blends and getting the brewing side of things right. It is a lot of trial and error, to be honest. Some days are just filled with paperwork and meetings, while other days we are actually busy with the products. The view from the tower is alright, you can see the traffic crawling along the extension road during rush hour. We aren't a big corporate team with hundreds of people. It is just a few of us trying to make something that people might actually enjoy. We decided to set up here because it is a central enough spot for everyone to get to. The air conditioning in the building is a lifesaver during those July months when it feels like a furnace outside. We don't have a flashy entrance or anything, just a door with our name on it. We usually grab lunch from the small shops nearby or just bring stuff from home. It's a quiet office mostly. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day. It's okay.
