We are based in Ashok Vihar Phase 3rd, right here in Gurgaon. It’s not the main part of town but we find it’s a good place to have our base. Nkc Projects has been around this neighborhood for a bit. The roads can be a little bumpy in the rainy season, you know how it is. We keep our office pretty simple, nothing too flashy or corporate looking. Usually, there’s a few of us inside working on plans or talking to vendors. It gets loud sometimes because of the traffic outside. We don’t mind it much. There’s a good market nearby where we get our lunch most days. The building itself is easy to spot if you know the lane. We’ve got some files stacked up and some old calendars on the wall. It’s just how we work. People stop by to talk about different projects or just to check in. We don't really do those big meetings you see on TV. It’s more about sitting down with a cup of tea and figuring things out. We’ve seen this part of Haryana grow a lot over the years. It feels like everyone is building something these days. We just keep our heads down and do our part. It’s a practical way to run things. Nothing fancy, just us at our desks in Ashok Vihar. It's a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage.
