We are out in Garhi Harsaru, which is on the edge of Gurgaon. It is a bit quieter than the main city center. We have our setup here to manage various projects. It is a simple office. We have a few computers and some tables for looking at drawings. The area is developing fast. We see new things popping up every month. We handle the day-to-day management of different works. It is not a flashy job. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking progress on-site. The dust can get pretty bad around here when the wind blows. We just keep the windows shut and keep working. We aren't a big corporate giant. We are just a local company doing our thing. We have a small team of dedicated people. They know what they are doing. We don't have any marketing department writing things for us. This is just how we talk. We focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we have lunch together at a local dhaba. The food is good and it is a nice break from the screen. We have been here for a while, so we know the people in the village. We try to be good neighbors. If someone needs a hand with something small, we help out. It is just about being part of the community while getting the projects finished. We don't overthink it much.
