Nkc Projects Pvt. Ltd (Construction Division)

This is the construction division. We are located at Plot 699 in Ghitorni Village. It is right near the talab. Being close to M.G. Road is handy for getting materials in and out. Delhi is a crowded place, especially around here. We have a big yard where we keep the machinery and materials. The office is just a small part of the plot. We spend most of our time outside or at the various sites we are working on. Construction is a tough business. There is always something that needs attention, whether it is a broken machine or a late delivery. We don't have a polished front office. It is more of a working space with muddy boots near the door. We handle the actual building work. It is gritty and loud sometimes. The village atmosphere is different from the main city. We know the local shopkeepers. We have built a few things around this area. Our workers are skilled but they don't wear uniforms. They just wear what is comfortable for the job. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the site and start digging. It is a straightforward process. Sometimes the traffic on M.G. Road makes it hard for the trucks, so we have to plan the timings carefully. We just deal with those little hurdles as they come. It is a busy life for all of us.
