We are based out in Manesar. It’s an industrial area, so the surroundings are mostly other factories and warehouses. It’s not the most scenic place, but it’s where the work happens for us. The building is large and functional, designed more for utility than for looks. We have a lot of floor space for the different departments, and it can get quite loud depending on what’s running that day. Most of us commute here from different parts of the region, so the parking lot is usually full by early morning. We have a canteen where most people grab their lunch and talk about things other than work for a bit. It’s a busy environment with people always moving between sections. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the common areas. It's mostly just practical furniture and boards with schedules on them. The air conditioning is a lifesaver during the peak of summer when the heat in Manesar gets really intense. We've been here for a good amount of time and have become part of the industrial landscape of the area. It’s a straightforward operation at Nitto Denko India. We don't do much in the way of public relations or big events; we just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is shipped out as scheduled. It's a place where people come to work hard and then go home to their families.
