Nirmaan Group

You can find Nirmaan Group out in Village Chandu, near Budhera in Gurgaon. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which we actually prefer. Haryana has a lot of space, and being in a village setting keeps us grounded. Our office isn't one of those glass towers you see in the center of Gurgaon. It’s a more traditional building where we can actually breathe. We do a lot of different things here, mostly involving local projects and land stuff. It’s a lot of walking around and talking to people in the area. We have a few desks and a lot of tea. The pace is a bit different out here. We don't rush around just for the sake of looking busy. We do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough getting here, but it’s worth it. We know the people in Chandu and Budhera well. It’s a tight-knit community, and we are just another part of it. We don't have a big marketing team. We just have our names and the work we’ve done over the years. It’s a straightforward way to run a group, and it works for us. We keep the gates open and the lights on until the sun goes down.
