We’re located at No. 21- L in New Colony, right next door to Chiranjiv Hospital. It’s a handy spot because we’re so close to where all the medical stuff is happening. Our shop is usually filled with boxes of surgical supplies, from small tools to larger items that hospitals need. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes, especially when a new shipment arrives and we have to find a place for everything. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while, so the locals and the hospital staff know us by name. It’s a busy street, but we don’t mind the noise. Usually, the day starts early for us because surgeons and nurses need things first thing in the morning. We don’t have a fancy showroom; it’s more of a functional warehouse feel. There’s a small desk near the front where we handle the billing and talk to customers. Sometimes we have to run across to the hospital to drop something off if they’re in a hurry. It’s just how things go here. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to check the inventory. Mostly, we’re on our feet, moving boxes and checking labels. It’s steady work, and being right by Chiranjiv Hospital means there’s always something to do. We like the area and the people who live around New Colony. It feels like home to us, and we plan on staying here for many years to come.
