New Bath Style

You can find New Bath Style at Shop No B 121 in Azadpur Mandi, near Village Bharola. Being in the mandi means the whole area is incredibly busy from very early in the morning. Trucks are parked everywhere, and there is a lot of shouting and people moving goods around. Our shop is a bit of a refuge from all that noise outside. We deal with various bathroom styles and fittings for local houses. It is a small space, but we try to keep it as neat as we can. The walls are lined with different types of tiles and chrome fixtures. Sometimes the smell of the market comes inside, but you get used to that after a few days. We open up the shutters while the sun is still coming up. Most of our customers are locals or workers from the nearby area who need a quick fix. We spend the day helping people pick out exactly what they need for their home repairs. It is not really a place for browsing; people usually come in with a specific problem to solve. We keep the spare parts in wooden crates stacked under the old counters. The floor is concrete and a bit uneven in places. We have a small stool for when we get a chance to sit down and rest. It is a honest day’s work in a very busy part of town.
