Neolite Industries

Neolite Industries is based out of Plot No. 396 in Udhyog Vihar, Phase-III. This is a big industrial zone, so we are surrounded by factories and warehouses of all kinds. Our plot is busy from the early morning until late in the evening. There’s always the sound of trucks pulling in or the hum of the machinery inside. The floor is concrete and often has marks from moving heavy crates around. We aren't the type of company that spends money on a fancy lobby or expensive decorations. We’d rather have better tools and more space in the back. The office part is just a small partitioned area where we handle the bills and the logs. It gets dusty because of all the activity, but that’s just how it is in Phase-III. We have a small crew, and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. There isn't much sitting around. When something needs fixing, we usually just grab a wrench and do it ourselves instead of waiting for someone else. It can be a long day, especially when the weather is humid, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the production. We’ve been on this plot for years and have seen the area grow quite a bit. It’s a practical, hardworking environment, and we like it that way. We just keep moving and getting things done.
